The Cleveland County Arts Council invites artists 18+ to submit work to the Annual Cleveland County Artist Competition. Work must be original, created by the artist within the last 2 years and not previously entered in a competition at the Arts Council. Artists must be a resident of Cleveland County or full-time student at​​ a Cleveland County college or university.
